Hiring Process

Step 1: Apply Online

Submit your CV through our career portal or via LinkedIn job posting.

Step 2: HR Screening

HR reviews your profile for fit with job requirements and company expectations. An HR representative will have a short conversation with you if match the required profile.

Step 3: Functional / Technical Interview

You’ll be invited to one or more discussions with the hiring Manager along with the Talent Acquisition Manager to assess skills and experience.

Step 4: Leadership Alignment

For key roles, there will be an alignment conversation with the Head of Department along with the Group Director Human Resources to assess cultural fit and future potential.

Step 5: Offer & Onboarding

Once selected, the HR team will share the offer letter and guide you through our structured onboarding experience.
