Sacubitril and Valsartan combination is used together with other medicines to treat chronic heart failure in adults and cut down on the number of hospital visits for heart problems. It is also used to treat symptomatic heart failure. It is used for the treatment of symptomatic heart failure with systemic left ventricular systolic dysfunction in pediatric patients aged one year and older.
